One of the factors that influences the usage of e-commerce is the low perceived credibility by the users. Problems such as incompatibality of the products received and its product descriptions, fake products, and etc. has causes a reduce in the perceived credibility that users have towards e-commerce. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of perceived credibility factors on behavioral intention and its impact on the use behavior of e-commerce in Jakarta. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3.2.7. This study uses as many as 100 respondents, of which are the users of the e-commerce in Jakarta. The hypothesis testing in the study proves that there is a significant and positive effect that perceived credibility has on behavioral intention and a significant and positive influence of behavioral intention towards the use behavior of e-commerce. The suggestion outcome of this study is for the companies in the industry to make improvements regarding the credibility of the company.
