This research is a qualitative research, using a qualitative descriptive design that describes the teachers&#x2019; pedagogical competence especially mastery students&#x2019; characteristic in teaching English. There are three English teachers as the subject of this research. Data collection instruments used are observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, researcher can conclude that to master students&#x2019; characteristics that included level intelligence these are: exercise at the end of the lesson, approach, measurement of four English skills. Creativity these are : demonstration, and English&#x2019;s day. Physical condition : there is no student with disabled condition. And growth and cognitive development : the teachers will focus to the psychological of the students.
