BPPSDMK Kementerian Kesehatan RI mulai tahun akademik 2017/2018 menyelenggarakan Program Peningkatan Kualifikasi D-III TLM melalui Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) di Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III bagi para ATLM yang bekerja di rumah sakit atau fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah evaluasi program D-III Teknologi Laboratoium Medik melalui Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) di Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III Tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Tujuan evaluasi ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Program Percepatan Peningkatan Kualifikasi D-III Teknologi Laboratorium Medik melalui Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) yang dilaksanakan oleh Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III, yang pada prinsipnya menuju pada perbaikan dan penyempurnaan.program, sebagai tenaga kesehatan Indonesia, di bidang laboratorium patologi klinis (rumah sakit dan layanan kesehatan masyarakat) di Kementerian Kesehatan, untuk wilayah DKI Jakarta. Target yang ditentukan dilihat dari 4 (empat) komponen: konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Studi ini adalah evaluasi program menggunakan metode evaluatif berdasarkan model evaluasi CIPP Stufflebeam, di mana penelitian ini difokuskan pada fenomena yang dipilih, terlepas dari fenomena lainnya. Fenomena tersebut dapat berupa program, aplikasi kebijakan, atau konsep. Jenis data penelitian ini terdiri dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Secara umum, disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Untuk Percepatan Peningkatan Kualifikasi Akademik Diploma Tiga Teknologi Laboratorium Medis melalui Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) telah berjalan dengan baik, walaupun ada beberapa aspek input dan proses yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan, baik dalam aspek kuantitas maupun kualitas.&#xD; iiEVALUATION OF THREE DIPLOMA PROGRAMS(D-III) MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGYPOLTEKKES KEMENKES JAKARTA III HERU SETIAWANABSTRACTThe Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has an innovative effort in the form of educational services that allows it not to interfere with the daily tasks of a Health Analyst or a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT). The BPPSDMK of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia starting the 2017/2018 academic year held the TLM D-III Qualification Improvement Program through Recognition Prior Learning (RPL) at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III for ATLMs who work in hospitals or health service facilities.The focus of this research is the evaluation of the D-III Medical Laboratory Technology program through Recognition of Past Learning (RPL) at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Jakarta III, Academic Year 2018/2019. The purpose of this evaluation is to identify and describe the implementation of the D-III Qualification Improvement Program for Medical Laboratory Technology through Past Learning Recognition (RPL) which is carried out by the Poltekkes of the Ministry of Health, Jakarta III, which in principle leads to the improvement and improvement. Program, as Indonesian health workers, in the field of clinical pathology laboratories (hospitals and public health services) at the Ministry of Health, for the DKI Jakarta area. The target determined is seen from four (4) components: context, input, process, and product.This study is a program evaluation using an evaluative method based on the CIPP Stufflebeam evaluation model, where this research is focused on the selected phenomenon, apart from other phenomena. The phenomenon can be in the form of programs, policy applications, or concepts.
