- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tes berbasis keterampilan proses sains serta bagaimana kualitas instrumen tes berbasis keterampilan proses sains ditinjau dari segi tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, dan pengecoh pada materi benda dan sifatnya untuk kelas V SDN 010 Tarakan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development desain Formative Evaluation (Tessmer dalam Syutaridho, 2012). Penelitian ini mengembangkan 30 butir soal berupa pilihan ganda. Hasil validasi isi sebesar 92,5% termasuk kategori sangat layak, validasi konstruk sebesar 100% termasuk kategori sangat layak, dan validasi ahli bahasa sebesar 97,5% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba one to one sebesar 90% termasuk kategori sangat efektif. Hasil uji coba small group sebesar 87,5% termasuk kategori sangat efektif. Hasil analisis sebanyak 48 siswa melalui program SPSS 21 menunjukkan 20 butir soal yang valid, reliabilitas yaitu r11 = 0,585 > rtabel = 0,284 termasuk kategori sedang. Hasil analisis program AnatesV4 menunjukkan tingkat kesukaran dengan kategori sukar sejumlah 1 item soal (3,3%), tingkat kesukaran soal yang berada pada kategori mudah sejumlah 1 item soal (3,3%), tingkat kesukaran soal yang berada pada kategori sangat mudah sejumlah 2 item soal (6,7%), tingkat kesukaran soal yang berada pada kategori sedang sejumlah 26 item soal (86,7%), hasil daya beda rata-rata dengan kriteria baik sejumlah 12 soal (40%), dan menghasilkan pengecoh efektif sebanyak 28 item soal (93,3%). Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Instrumen Tes, Keterampilan Proses Sains, IPAThe objectives of this study are to see how valid and reliable the Science - Skills Based Testing Instrument to our participants and measuring its quality through these aspects: difficulty, differentiation and distraction on particular material characteristic.We utilize Research and Development Design Formative Evaluation in our research (Tessmer in Syutaridho, 2012). This research development are 30 items of multiple choices to our subject. The results of feasible expert we received 92,5% saying that the contents are very feasible. The results of construct expert we received 100% saying that the contents are very feasible. The results of linguist experts we received 97,5% for decent language category. The results of one to one we received 90% in the category is very feasible. The results of small group we have 87,5% as very viable category. The results of analysis from 48 students by SPSS 21 program analysis shows 20 items of question in valid category, reliability score: r11 = 0,585 > rtabel = 0,284 seen in medium category. The results of AnatesV4 program analysis show difficulty level with difficult category of 1 items about 13,3%, easy category of 1 item questions (3,3%), very easy category of 2 items the problem (6,7%), and the moderate category of 26 items question (86,7%), average power difference with good criteria of 12 questions (40%), and result effective effectiveness 28 items (93,3%).
