This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques consists of interview, documentation and observation, while the techniques of data analysis were carried out in phases of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that the learning objectives of Inheritance Laws at Darul Huda and Jabal Nur were similar: to figure out the procedures of dividing inheritance, only the delivery strategies were different. Darul Huda&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;s learning approach was still teacher-oriented while Jabal Nur&#xE2;&#x20AC;&#x2122;s has already been learner-oriented. Further, the learning methods in Darul Huda still dominantly used lectures and question and answer, whereas those in Jabal Nur were more varied, using lectures, question and answer, assignments, discussions, demonstrations, and inquiry methods.
