Inaccurate departing time of BRT Trans Musi will cause delay for bus the departure at bus stops in a corridor. Total Delay Management Const model is needed to determine the vehicle's decision to wait or not wait so as to minimize the delay at the final destination on the departure of BRT Trans Musi. This study examines the problem of Total Delay Management Const at BRT Trans Musi Corridor III Plaju - PS Mall, because this corridor has the longest route rather than other corridors and through many stops, as well as several transit stops that allow quite large delays to occur.
