This study used Toledo et al. (2013) research data in the form of 7 types of irregular shaped items. This study used Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) method to determine the cutting pattern then formulated it into a Dotted Board model. Based on the results it showed that the GRASP method produced an optimal cutting pattern which was then formulated into the Dotted Board model.
