One company that uses SMS ads is the Donut Dunkin 'Donuts store, which is located on the Palembang Demang Lebar Daun road. Dunkin 'Donuts is a fast food that sells various types of donuts with various flavors. The formulation of the problem in this study was the effective advertising material for SMS Dunkin 'Donuts in Palembang. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the SMS advertisement for Dunkin 'Donuts is in Palembang. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents who obtained and exchanged SMS advertisements with purposive sampling technique.
