This thesis aims to find out the implementation of the Election Supervisory Agency's rules on guidelines for cooperation in supervising the holding of regional head and deputy regional heads elections in South Sumatera. Based on these problems, researchers used qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observations, and also the use of documents. A series of research stages was carried out to obtain an analysis related to the implementation of the Election Supervisory Agency's rules on guidelines for cooperation in supervising the holding of regional head and deputy regional heads elections in South Sumatera. Based on these stages, it was found that the the implementation of the Election Supervisory Agency's rules on guidelines for cooperation in supervising the holding of regional head and deputy regional heads elections in South Sumatera not implemented properly.
