Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis faktor eksternal dan internal dalam bentuk kekuatan dan kelemahan serta peluang dan ancamannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menggambarkan fenomena sosial dan alam secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat sehingga dapat menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal sebagai kekuatan ataupun kelemahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor eksternal yang ditemukan meliputi sifat, ekonomi, teknologi, regulasi, politik, persaingan pasar dan faktor internal seperti tanah, produk harga, distribusi, sumber daya, modal dapat menjadi peluang dan kekuatan dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Batu, Malang. Kata kunci: faktor eksternal, faktor internal, agrowisata. External And Internal Factors In The Development  Of Tourism For Kusuma Agrowisata, Batu Malang District Abstract Factors that influence the development strategy of Kusuma Agro-tourism in Batu Malang are the development of tourist attractions. This research aims to determine the analysis of external and internal factors in the form of strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that aims to describe social and natural phenomena systematically, factually and accurately so that it can analyze internal and external factors as strengths or weaknesses.
