Farmer's lack of involvements in the supply chain has distanced them and not being involved in the supply chain process. This situation provoked dissatisfaction in shareholders towards the market situation, more specifically, in the coffee market. This study aimed to see the inclusiveness of coffee shareholders in Java Arabica Coffee supply chain. This research was carried out at Bondowoso district, with 72 cooperatives farmers and 72 non-cooperative farmers as the respondents. Data collection was gathered using questionnaire and interviews and the results were processed using Link Methodology with its four analytical instruments: The Value Chain Map, The Business Model Canvas, The New Business Model, and The Prototype Cycle. This research revealed that inclusive business models could be observed from the partnership formed. The partnerships at cooperation farmers were very profitable and supportive towards sustainable coffee business, meanwhile, for inclusive business model business to non-cooperative farmers shows they lack a strong partnership because farmers do not have good customer relations. From the Value Chain Map, it is revealed that the most influential partnership for both cooperation farmers and non-cooperative farmers is with Bondowoso Regency Administrators. This is also supported by business model canvas, indicating that cooperation farmers have strong supporting partners, meanwhile non-cooperative farmers have less supporting partners. Through new business model, it is revealed that cooperation and non-cooperative partners are involved in the price-making process, either directly or indirectly. Prototyping cycle suggests cooperative farmers own innovations such as providing high-quality seeds independently using available equipment and technology.
