- The saturation of junior high school students can be said to almost every student experienced. This is due to the effects of various factors both in and outside school. So it needs to be given techniques in the form of reaction to reduce the saturation of learning in junior high school students.This quantitative research uses a Pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. In this study, the research subject uses students' classes VIII-A and VIII-B. The primary data collection tool is the learning saturation scale with a validity value of 0.302 and reliability of 0.747. Data in the analysis with hypothesis test t wait test obtained sig value. 0.000 <0.01, so it shows a very significant difference between learning saturation before and after relaxation. Based on the result of the research, Students can conclude that the suggestion for the teacher of BK should always be the student's friend so that the teacher can know the problems experienced by the students, and the next researcher is expected to pay more attention to the theory/instrument statement or delivery method when doing classical guidance of relaxation technique.
