online store convenience, customization, information, communication, and website aesthetics
on satisfaction and to determine the effect of satisfaction on repurchase intentions and word
of mouth. This research uses a survey method. The data used is obtained from online
questionnaires distributed to 233 respondent who are the customers of well-known in
Indonesia such as mybushop.com, berrybenka.com, hijup.com, shop-picnic.com, and
tanahabang.com. The analytical methods used are quantitative by using multiple and simple
regression analysis.
Results of this study was convenience, customization, information, communication,
and website aesthetics positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has positive influence on
