The dentist was responsible for decreasing of it.&#xD; Aim of this research was to know a description of the dentist&#x2019;s work performance and the factors that related to the dentist&#x2019;s work performance at the Health Centers in District of Kudus. Type of this research was an explanatory using a survey method and cross sectional approach.&#xD; A questionnaire was used to collect data from 14 informants who were the dentists at the Health Centers in Districts of Kudus. Focus Group Discussion was conducted to three dentist&#x2019;s and In-depth Interview was conducted to three persons who were the Head of the Health Centers in District of Kudus. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The quantitative analysis used Rank-Spearman Test with the significant level less than or equal to 0.05.&#xD; The variables that have a significant relationship with the dentist&#x2019;s work performance are age (p=0.0001), length of work (p=0.028), incentive system/reward (p=0.002), chance of promotion (p=0.016), leadership (p=0.028), supervision (p=0.002), and motivation (p=0.004).
