- GO-JEK, a technology based on-demand service provider is a growing start-up that exist with the aim of providing solutions to our daily social issues. Let’s take a look at GO-FOOD, a delivery order services powered by GO-JEK to ease people’s effort in ordering their favourite food. In this case, GO-FOOD partnered with thousands of restaurants which then called as merchants. GO-FOOD Culinary Festival with 50 Best Merchants is a culinary festival held by GO-JEK to introduce the most popular 50 merchants in Semarang. Road to GOFOOD Culinary Festival is a series of events which were held 2 weeks before the prior event in order to promote the event of GO-FOOD Culinary Festival with 50 Best Merchants. In both events, project leader’s job was to be in charge of all managers in the team to work as coordinated and to achieve the targets that were set in the beginning. As a program manager, the job was to be responsible for all concepts and contents regarding the both events, creating rundown, and being the stage manager. After being held on the 25th to 27th of August 20017, there were 18.757 visitors who came to the event from the 9.000 visitors target. Also there were 49 merchants that participated in the event from the 50 merchants target. There were also 111 media partners that were worked with from the 8 media partners target. And there were 4 campus that were partnered from the 3 campus target
