  • This study aims to design a measurement system for achieving environmentally friendly supply chain performance in the food product manufacturing industry at CV.X. So far, there have never been measurements of the performance of supply chain management that is environmentally friendly or Green SCM in the company. Therefore we need to design a Green SCM performance measurement model to manage the risk of the impact of supply chain activities generated on the environment, increase competition and develop strategies that are right for the company. The method used in this study is the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (Green SCOR) which is used to design and define the main components and work attributes that are in accordance with the real conditions in companies with environmental basis. This study also uses the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Objective Matrix (OMAX) methods, to get the weighting and scoring system for each Key Performance Indicator (KPI). The results of this study are a system of measuring the performance of green supply chains, get the value of achieving green supply chain performance for each KPI and given recommendations for improvement for KPIs that have a red or bad category so that it can be evaluated in improving the performance of green supply chains in the company.
