Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Kandatel Malang performance measured by four perspective of Balanced Scorecard in 2007-2008 period. Analytical tool used was Balanced Scorecard analysis. Measurement tool to state the company performance from four balance perspective while analysis used Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP). Analysis showed that company performance from above four perspective, which was customer perspective more important than the other perspective. It caused that customer perspective had the highest load every year. In 2007, customer perspective was 6,00 while financial perspective was 2,4 and internal business perspective 4,41 while learning and development perspective were 3,64. then in 2008 customer perspective was 7,00 the highest perspective among the other perspective which were stood the same as 2007.
